ASTEROID CORPORATION, founded in 1964, has been engaged primarily in the design, production and installation of instruments and systems used for the acquisition and transmission of data in the form of analog and/or digital signals through the medium of complex communication and instrumentation devices. In the past, emphasis was placed on the corporation's ability to design, fabricate, and install sophisticated electronics devices in a "field environment with a minimum of time, effort, and expense to our customers". Now our emphasis is using this developed and proven knowledge to provide technical service and project management to customers in a consulting and support mode.

Asteroid Corporation provides engineering services with a broad knowledge of new techniques for military and industrial applications. The Corporation concentrates on those projects requiring personnel capable both of finding practical solutions to complex problems and of converting new ideas into reliable hardware/software as quickly as possible. The Corporation's most important asset is the quality, character and maturity of its technical and management staffs who have broad based experience.

The talents of its personnel enable Asteroid Corporation to offer a range of skills and competence difficult to duplicate, even within substantially larger corporations. The Corporation provides a capability for accomplishing total programs from inception through finished hardware with the quick reaction responsiveness necessary to provide reliable service on abbreviated time schedules.

The Corporation was conceived and established to provide complete engineering and installation services of complex communication systems, instrumentation systems, and other electronic facilities.

Asteroid Corporation's past engineering and installation performance record of many years standing, guarantees competent, timely, and satisfactory service.

Asteroid Corporation's capabilities are highlighted by the ability to design and synthesize/integrate electronic modules and systems. The field installation and operational check-out of complex electronic systems is also a part of our proven capability.

The technical nature of the Corporation's business requires not only the capability of installing complex electronic equipment, but applies unique engineering techniques and knowledge to solve chronic problems which are inherent in the electronic systems design and installation business.
